Succession & Development assists HR with the administrative tasks of succession planning. With just a few clicks, the readiness of the nominations can be identified and the talent flags are visible. In various different views (including organisational charts, position tiles and talent pools), the module helps maintain an overview. Calibration enables People Days to be organised in a structured manner. Mentoring programmes can be set up and made available for development, and development goals can be revised.
In Manager Self-Service, access rights can be defined and restricted both for the follow-up details and for the calibration session.
The Employee Self-Service is supplemented by the module for updating development objectives with learning objectives or skills. It is also possible to take part in mentoring programmes in the role of both mentor and mentee.
By technically mapping a structured Talent Review form, the relevant information for the People Days is recorded directly in the tool. These details are used as the basis for the discussions at the People Days (calibration session) and mapped directly from the forms in the session. Changes are also recorded directly in the tool during the session, which makes the post-processing of inputs less time-consuming. HR and line managers can then use the time they have gained for effective development planning for individual employees.
