Frequently asked questions

Tiles and Dashboard reports are only available until November 2025. The end date originally announced by SAP for Canvas and Table reports has since been withdrawn and no new date has been announced yet. Canvas and Table reports will therefore remain available for the time being.

Story reports are still the reporting tool of the future and it is worth working with them now. Get in touch with us if you have any questions about reporting tools or any migrations of existing reports.

SAP SuccessFactors Story reports are based on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) technology. This is a version of SAC that is embedded in SuccessFactors and has certain restrictions on the range of functions offered.

The big advantage is that HR data can be analysed directly in SAP SuccessFactors. This means that the entire authorisation concept can be used to ensure that users can only view the data to which they already have access in the system. This makes it easy to share reports with different target groups.

Further cross-system analyses, including HR cost planning, are possible with the SAP Analytics Cloud. We are also happy to assist you with analytics topics that go beyond HR. We also find ideal solutions for this with our partner s-peers.
