Yes, you can specify which teams or individuals can access the learning module. Access to the learning administration area is restricted to the defined administrators. Depending on what they need to manage, different authorisation roles can be defined for admins, e.g. a group of learning administrators who only manage compliance courses and have no access to other content, admins for each country, etc.

Reminder notifications facilitate the work of learning administrators, and there is a large selection of standard notifications in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. During the implementation project, you decide which notifications are to be used at your company. All notification templates can be customised to your corporate language. You can decide for each course whether reminders should be sent to employees, managers and/or course instructors. Notifications and reminders can also be sent days before the due date as well as after the course has finished.

Yes, if you have licences with OCN providers (such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursers, Lynda), these can be integrated into SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
