Founded in 1998
HR Campus was founded in October 1998 by the three founders Werner Schenker, Hendrik Friesecke and Marek Dutkiewicz in Madetswil in the Zurich Oberland. The three visionaries managed to make a name for themselves in the market for HR software solutions and build up a team of consultants in a very short space of time.
Our current CEO, Marek Gerard Dutkiewicz, has invested a great deal of passion, courage and vision in the last 20 years of HR Campus. Originally from Krakow, Poland, he worked his way up from dishwasher to importer of slippers to CEO, which has not gone unrewarded. HR Campus has become a strong brand on the Swiss and Liechtenstein markets and now serves over 800 well-known customers.
The development of HR Campus
Starting with three, HR Campus now has over 150 employees with many years of consulting experience in the fast-moving field of software development.
And the software portfolio has also grown. Over the last 20 years, this has been expanded from one product - SAP HCM - to at least 30 HR solutions with various HR services.
Staying true to the mission
HR Campus' mission, on the other hand, has hardly changed over the years. Our goal is to simplify the everyday lives of HR managers with fresh solutions. With personalised advice, intelligent software and holistic services, we aim to accelerate the work processes of tomorrow. We always put people at the centre of everything we do. True to our motto: HAPPY EMPLOYEE, HAPPY COMPANY .
Marek Gerard Dutkiewicz knows: "It is not enough to make processes more efficient, more cost-effective and faster. We need visionary managers who inspire their employees with their visions. You have to dare to try new things and question the conventional. That's the only way to be successful in this Industry."
20 years of the HR Campus Family
However, such a success story would not have been possible without our hard-working employees. For this reason, we used the 20th anniversary as an opportunity for a major company trip. Within three days, we travelled from Amsterdam, via Nimegen to Cologne and back to Zurich. It was a great review of the last 20 years of HR Campus and at the same time an exciting kick-off for the future. Here are some impressions from the anniversary trip:
