At the University of Applied Sciences HTW Chure we were allowed to introduce the umantis Talent Management solution. This means fast and paperless application processes as well as valuable statistics and analyses of recruitment.
The HTW Chur was looking for a competent implementation partner for the introduction of the umantis Talent Management in order to be able to map the recruitment process electronically and according to the latest standards.
We successfully introduced the umantis application management during an intensive week and subsequent detailed configurations at the HTW Chur. Thanks to the modern umantis applicant management solution, the efficiency in the applicant management process could be noticeably increased. The project was introduced as part of an intensive week, which meant that a large part of the implementation effort could be implemented together with HR Campus over 3 days.
