Helvetia was looking for a solution to make HR processes more efficient and to handle them digitally. The HR queries were to be answered more quickly and communication between HR and employees more user-friendly.
Helvetia uses UKG People Assist to manage complex administrative processes such as ordering benefits and managing anniversaries and child allowances. The continuous expansion of the knowledge database in the employee portal and the workflows in UKG by the HR Service Team guarantee the high quality and up-to-dateness of the HR platform.
The project team quickly acquired the configuration skills and was able to implement an extensive employee portal and various workflows very quickly. The workflow & ticketing capabilities of UKG People Assist are now used throughout Switzerland in four languages. Managers and employees find the handling easy and enjoy the modern HR platform.
