No HR information system? At Digitec Galaxus, we tackled this challenge and solved it as quickly as possible.
The customer previously had no HRIS and needed a fast solution for this problem. Digitec had already implemented SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management with HR Campus.
Digitec Galaxus also decided to implement Employee Central for master data management as well as Compensation for planning the payroll. The customer was very pragmatic and straightforward during the implementation, which facilitated the quick implementation of Employee Central, including comprehensive employee and manager self-service scenarios. For the Compensation round, a template was set up including both monthly salaries and hourly pay.
