Background

When the previous HR system had got dated and one division had already successfully implemented our outsourcing system in 2015, the rest of the various companies followed at the beginning of 2017. The additional companies brought a few new requirements, such as automated personnel cost planning.

The solution

We replaced the existing HR system landscape with our modern, up-to-date HR outsourcing system. The customer now has an up-to-date HR system for HR master-data management. At the same time, HR Campus took over the payroll processing.
