In the last two decades, HR Campus has grown to become one of the leading consultancies for human capital management and has a proud track record of successful corporate development.
In October 1998, the three founders, Werner Schenker, Hendrik Friesecke and Marek Dutkiewicz, established HR Campus in Madetswil, in the Zurich Oberland. The three visionaries managed to make a name for themselves in the market for human-resources software solutions and quickly built a team of consultants.
Our current CEO, Marek Gerard Dutkiewicz, has invested a great deal of passion, courage and vision over the last 20 years of HR Campus. Originally from Krakow, Poland, he worked his way up from being a dishwasher to an importer of slippers, and then to managing director, which has not gone unrewarded. HR Campus has become a major brand in the Swiss and Liechtenstein markets and now serves over 800 renowned customers.
Starting with only three, HR Campus now has more than 150 employees, who have many years of consulting experience in the fast-moving area of software development. And the software portfolio has also grown over the last 20 years. The original sole product – SAP HCM – is now complemented by at least 30 HR solutions with various HR services.
The mission of HR Campus has barely changed over the years, however. Our goal is to simplify everyday life for HR managers with fresh solutions. The intention is to accelerate the work processes of tomorrow with personal advice, intelligent software and comprehensive services. In doing so, we always put people the heart of the action – true to our motto: HAPPY EMPLOYEE, HAPPY COMPANY.
Marek Gerard Dutkiewicz knows: “It's not enough to make processes more efficient, cheaper and faster. We need visionary executives who inspire your employees with their visions. You have to dare to do something new and question the traditional. This is the only way to succeed in this sector.”
This kind of success story would not have been possible without our diligent employees. This is why we took the 20-year anniversary as an opportunity for a major company trip. Within three days, we travelled from Amsterdam, via Nijmegen to Cologne, then back to Zurich. It was a great look back over the last 20 years of HR Campus, and at the same time an exciting kick-off for the future. A few images of the anniversary trip are below:
