Updates, new withholding tax rates or bank masters are regularly checked and imported by HR Campus as soon as they are made available by the software manufacturer. This means that the system always meets the latest requirements and is always kept up to date with the support of HR Campus.

SwissSalary 365 can be integrated into any existing system landscape - whether Opale, Hospis, Workday, SAP HCM, Sage, Polypoint, EasyLearn, TimeTool, UKA or Rexx, to name a few. Wherever technically possible, manual actions are no longer necessary.

Thanks to an up-to-the-minute back-up, your payroll accounting data can be restored at any time. In addition, all data is stored in Switzerland (Zurich and Geneva).

SwissSalary 365 offers comprehensive standard reports for payroll accounting. Key figures and master data can be analysed at the touch of a button and exported to Excel, for example. SwissSalary also has a solution for reporting across multiple clients (companies): thanks to Cross-Company Automate, any reports or actions (such as initiating a payroll run) can be automated. As a perfect addition to the standard system, the HR Campus Starter offers various additional reports and functions that make everyday work easier.

Switching to the cloud has various advantages. System maintenance is significantly reduced thanks to the automatic provision of new releases, the systems always comply with the latest security standards and they can be accessed directly via the browser, regardless of location. This not only reduces costs, but also helps you to concentrate on your core business. We offer various basic packages for switching from OnPrem to the cloud.

The duration of a project varies depending on the size and complexity of the company as well as the current system landscape and what it should look like after the implementation. For more complex projects, we tend to define a timeline of approx. 6 months and for smaller projects between approx. 2-4 months.

SwissSalary was the first provider to be awarded the swissdec certified plus label. This means that SwissSalary not only fulfils the ELM 5.0 standards, but also the KLE 1.0 (accident and illness reporting) and SUA 1.0 (company authentication) standards.
