HR Campus launches a modern, paperless expense solution on the Swiss market. The Software was developed together with the start-up rhyno solutions and is called "Edi - your clever expense collector".
Employees can use Edi to scan expenses and submit them via mobile, desktop or Skype without having to install any additional software or app. Approval and posting can be done automatically on request and is controlled using customised workflows. The tool automatically checks submitted receipts for completeness and then authorises the defined expenses automatically. Thanks to the audit trail and fraud detection with artificial intelligence, compliance with company guidelines can also be easily ensured. The solution can be integrated with all common accounting and banking programmes via the ISO 20022 interface standard. The open architecture also allows a dedicated connection to accounting or ERP systems of your choice. Edi is a 100% cloud-based expense solution and manages all data in Switzerland.
Modern user experience
The solution is particularly impressive thanks to its high level of user-friendliness, which is based on the latest scientific findings. Employees can record their expenses directly on the move using their smartphone and their receipts using OCR. The digital transmission and storage of data makes paperless everyday life a reality. Further advantages include credit card integration and the inclusion and automatic checking of company-specific expense regulations. For the company, this means massively shorter process times, more precise implementation of its guidelines and greater transparency in dealing with expenses.
Second development by rhyno solutions and HR Campus
A year ago, HR Campus and rhyno solutions launched digital HR assistant Sophie on the market. The start-up ryhno solutions made a name for itself with the development of Switzerland's first HR chatbot. Now the young company is doubling down in cooperation with HR Campus and gaining a further foothold in the Swiss HR industry with the launch of Edi - Edi can, of course, be fully integrated into the Sophie chatbot.
