Initial situation
The Vantage Education Group, a fast-growing Swiss education company, operates six schools and a publishing house. With around 700 employees at various locations, the previous payroll system was becoming increasingly inefficient and could no longer cope with the growing demands.
The complexity of payroll accounting, combined with a high administrative workload, made it clear that a new solution was required. The aim was to find a scalable and flexible, web-based solution that would enable location-independent access to payroll processing and speed up processes. At the same time, the compliance and data security requirements of the education industry needed to be met to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Solution
HR Campus presented SwissSalary 365®, a web-based and dynamic payroll system, to Vantage Education AG. Vantage Education immediately recognised that this system was the ideal solution for their requirements. The solution automated numerous manual work steps and significantly improved the efficiency of the payroll process. A particular advantage of the solution was the location-independent access, which gave the HR department more flexibility in payroll administration.
Project
Implementation of SwissSalary 365® went smoothly and brought quick success. Vantage Education AG benefited from optimised payroll processing and greater employee satisfaction, as payrolls could now be prepared more quickly and accurately. Following the successful introduction of SwissSalary 365®, further projects were implemented in collaboration with HR Campus, including UKG HR Service Delivery. Thanks to the structured, competent and reliable collaboration with HR Campus, the complex project was successfully completed.
