Initial situation

Following the successful implementation of "SAP Concur Travel and Expense" in Switzerland, Malaysia and Singapore, Evatec AG felt the need to extend the solution to China, Taiwan and Germany.

The aim was to harmonise the existing processes globally while still taking country-specific requirements into account.

Solution

The rollout of "SAP Concur Expense" took place in China, Taiwan and Germany, while "SAP Concur Travel" was introduced in Germany. In addition to global standardisation, country-specific adjustments were made in order to comply with legal requirements. By configuring individual per diems in accordance with Evatec's expense guidelines, the correct per diems can now be calculated automatically depending on the country and duration of the trip.

Project

The close co-operation with Evatec AG proved to be extremely efficient. Thanks to fast decision-making processes, necessary adjustments could be made quickly. Despite the complexity of the international rollout, the country-specific requirements and the technical intricacies, the project was completed on schedule.

The clear communication and smooth interaction between the project teams contributed significantly to the success of the project. The successful conclusion strengthened the trust in the collaboration and Evatec AG was able to significantly optimise its global travel and expense processes.
