Initial situation
TM Concept AG has been operating successfully in the Swiss telecoms market for 25 years and employs around 130 people. The company was looking for software that would efficiently manage HR master data and HR processes.
Seamless integration with the existing Payroll system SwissSalary was important. Other requirements, such as a modern and user-friendly interface for end users or the mapping of important existing internal processes, were clearly defined and tested in advance.

Solution
TM Concept AG decided in favour of Personio. The Software simplifies HR tasks and directly involves employees and line managers. This increases efficiency and improves collaboration.
Project
The project started with the core functions: Employee data management, integration of the SwissSalary interface, onboarding & offboarding and document management. Employees can maintain their own data, which is automatically transferred to SwissSalary. This saves valuable working time. Required documents are available at all times and can be signed directly in Personio.
Following the successful launch and positive feedback from employees, the recruitment module was added. Personio now makes the application process simpler, clearer and faster. At the end of the year, TM Concept AG used Personio for target agreements for the first time. Although some desired functions are still missing, the Software is developing in the right direction. This year, TM Concept AG is focussing on integrating further processes into Personio and launching training management.
