Initial situation

Six Group Ltd., based in Zurich, operates Switzerland's financial market infrastructure and offers securities trading, payment transactions and financial information services worldwide. The company employs around 5,000 people and plays a key role in the Swiss financial system. In the course of the strategic integration of a business unit into the French company Worldline, the HR team at Six Group Ltd. was confronted with a considerable additional workload.

The existing human resources were not sufficient to cope with the additional tasks, which required a rapid response. In addition, the existing processes and systems had to be optimised to ensure the continuity of HR services. As a long-standing partner of Six Group Ltd., we were very familiar with the company's specific requirements. We had already successfully completed support and implementation projects for SuccessFactors modules and continue to provide support services and realise new projects.
