Steiner AG has successfully digitalised the creation of its employment references to make HR work processes more efficient. The previously manual process for the approximately 600 employees posed a considerable challenge. In order to optimise the processes, the decision was made to implement a modern, digital solution.

Initial situation
Steiner AG, one of the leading construction and real estate companies in Switzerland, was working intensively on the digitisation of its HR processes, in particular the creation of employment references. With around 600 employees and a complex IT infrastructure, the company was facing considerable challenges with its previous manual processes.
The aim was to increase efficiency and reduce administrative effort by digitising and automating the processes involved in creating employment references. The biggest challenge in the entire project was the very complex IT structures, which required special coordination of the interfaces.
Solution
As part of the tool evaluation, Steiner AG opted for Arbeitszeugnis swiss+, a web-based, efficient solution for creating employment references. It impressed with its flexibility and user-friendliness. In cooperation with HR Campus, the project was successfully implemented and the Digitization of the creation of employment references was driven forward.
Project
The aim of introducing Arbeitszeugnis swiss+ was to reduce manual activities and automate processes. The complex IT structures at Steiner AG presented a challenge in this regard. Despite this hurdle, the project team felt that they were in very good hands with HR Campus and relied on the partner's many years of experience to find the optimum solution.
