Revolutionising Travel & Expense Management with Concur

Following its sale to the Rewe Group and DERTOUR Suisse AG, Kuoni Global Travel Services (Schweiz) AG had to acquire its own HR IT solutions for HR administration, organisation management, expense management, Payroll and talent processes. It opted for the modern cloud solutions SuccessFactors and Concur Expense. Thanks to close cooperation with the customer and with the help of the SAP Activate methodology, in which the customer can already gather information and experience on a fully configured standard system and then "only" gaps are configured, the introduction of the new solutions was realised quickly. Only six months elapsed between signing the contract and GO LIVE.
