Digitec Galaxus AG previously had no system for its core HR processes and needed a solution quickly. At the start of the project, we had already implemented SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management at Digitec Galaxus AG. It was decided to introduce Employee Central for master data management and Compensation for planning the pay round. The pragmatic and efficient Customer supported the rapid introduction of Employee Central, including comprehensive employee and manager self-service scenarios.
