Initial situation
BearingPoint AG, a leading management and Technology consultancy, supports companies in Switzerland and around the world in mastering their digital and strategic challenges. BearingPoint employs around 4,500 people in more than 25 countries, with the Swiss market playing a special role.
In the HR area, BearingPoint Switzerland has been relying on HR Outsourcing at HR Campus for years to make payroll processing more efficient. However, the use of a payroll desk tool and the email traffic between the internal HR team and the payroll specialists at HR Campus were increasingly presenting the company with challenges.

Solution
As with many organisations, successful communication with the outsourcing provider is key. With the Implementation of UKG HR Services Delivery and the introduction of the People Assist module, the communication channels with the Payroll specialist HR Campus were optimised and the HR processes were digitalised and simplified at the same time. Efficient collaboration and smooth payroll processing were ensured.
