Aebi Schmidt Holding AG, a leading international provider of vehicles and services for cleaning, winter maintenance and road maintenance, operates numerous locations worldwide and employs around 1,800 people. The company has grown and continues to grow and is expanding into new markets.

The increasing size and complexity of the organisation made it necessary to digitalise the HR landscape and find a uniform, standardised solution for the entire Employee Journey. This solution needed to fulfil international requirements as well as improve the efficiency and transparency of HR processes.

Solution

To achieve this goal, the HR Campus Suite was implemented, which covers all phases of the Employee Journey - from Recruitment to Commitment and Offboarding. This solution enabled HR processes to be fully digitalised and standardised. The HR landscape has been harmonised and now offers the necessary flexibility for the international locations of Aebi Schmidt Holding AG.

The project
