Initial situation
KZU Kompetenzzentrum Pflege und Gesundheit Embrach, a leading healthcare company with around 700 employees, was faced with the end of the useful life of its previous aconso e-dossier.
As the system was no longer being developed further, it was necessary to find a new, future-proof solution that would manage all digital personnel dossiers centrally and offer additional functions at the same time. The aim was to establish a modern platform that goes beyond pure document management and integrates functions such as HR ticketing, document creation, an HR portal and automated HR processes.

Solution
Together with HR Campus, the KZU Competence Centre decided to introduce the UKG HR Campus Suite. In a comprehensive implementation step, all existing digital personnel dossiers and documents were migrated from aconso to the new system. The suite enables centralised, role-based management of all employee-related documents and offers additional functions such as HR ticketing, automated processes and a central HR portal to further increase efficiency in the HR area.
Project
Implementation of the UKG HR Services Delivery Suite was successfully completed in one comprehensive step. HR Campus ensured that the migration of the existing data from aconso went smoothly and that all functions of the new system were seamlessly integrated. Training and intensive support for the HR team ensured that the employees of the KZU Competence Centre were able to exploit the full potential of the new solution and take advantage of the extended functions.
