Initial situation

Ricola Group AG is a globally recognised Swiss company known for the production of high-quality herbal sweets. Ricola exports its products to over 50 countries and employs around 500 people worldwide.

In view of its growing international business and expansion into new markets, the company recognised the need to make its internal processes more efficient. In particular, the expense process was no longer up to date and was causing a high administrative burden. The manual recording and authorisation of expenses led to delays and inefficiencies. In addition, the existing expense regulations were not being adhered to consistently enough. Ricola therefore needed a modern, digital solution that would automate the entire expense process and reduce the workload for the HR and finance team.

Solution

HR Campus recommended the introduction of SAP Concur to Ricola AG. This solution enables the digital capture of receipts, direct authorisation for payment and automatic posting. In addition, the expense regulations were integrated directly into the Software so that compliance with the requirements can be enforced more consistently and easily. The result was a streamlined, efficient and user-friendly expenses process that significantly reduced the administrative workload.

Project

The project was implemented smoothly and in close cooperation with HR Campus. Even before the introduction of SAP Concur, the HR Campus Suite was implemented in separate projects, whose components include solutions such as swiss+, UKG HR Service Delivery and various SAP SuccessFactors modules.

HR Campus is also responsible for payroll accounting and issuing references for the approximately 500 employees of Ricola AG. The whole partnership has enabled Ricola to modernise its HR processes and increase efficiency in various areas.
