Compass Group (Schweiz) AG is part of the global Compass Group, one of the largest catering and service companies in the world, which operates in over 50 countries. In Switzerland, the Compass Group operates numerous company restaurants and employs around 2,000 people.
Despite initial steps towards Digitization, many HR processes, especially in HR administration, were still paper-based. The manual processing of personnel files, onboarding processes and contract management led to high administrative costs and delays in processes. In view of the continuous growth and increasing compliance and transparency requirements, a comprehensive digital solution was needed to increase efficiency and future-proof HR processes.
Solution
After a comprehensive analysis of existing processes and requirements, HR Campus recommended the Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and UKG HR Service Delivery. These modern solutions enabled the administrative HR processes to be fully digitalised and automated. The introduction of digital personnel files and the automation of onboarding and contract processes significantly reduced the workload of the HR team. The seamless integration of both systems also ensured a significant increase in efficiency and greater transparency in HR administration.
