Georg Fischer AG, a leading global industrial company, has already taken the first steps towards Digitisation of its HR processes. For example, the creation of employment references for around 5,000 employees has already been successfully digitalised.
However, many other core HR administration processes, such as Onboarding & Offboarding and contract creation, were still paper-based and manual. To take the next step in its digital transformation, the company decided to work with HR Campus to map these processes more efficiently and digitally.
Solution
After a comprehensive evaluation, Georg Fischer AG opted for the UKG HR Service Delivery tool to digitise and streamline core HR administration processes, such as onboarding, changes in employment status, secondary employment or even accident or sickness notifications. Project
Implementation of the new solution was smooth and uncomplicated. Together with HR Campus, the project was realised efficiently.
