Initial situation
See Spital Horgen, a regional healthcare centre with around 1,000 employees, offers a wide range of medical services for the population of the Zimmerberg area. As an important acute care provider, See Spital recognised the need to make its HR processes more efficient in order to meet the increasing demands in the healthcare sector.
Solution
Together with HR Campus, See Spital carried out a comprehensive HR Health Check to analyse existing HR processes and identify potential for improvement. The result was a detailed Roadmap for the Digitization of HR processes.
The first milestone in the gradual introduction of modern HR tools was the implementation of a new applicant management system. UKG HR Service Delivery was then selected as the central tool to digitalise and simplify HR processes.
Project
These solutions, which were developed and implemented in close cooperation with HR Campus, significantly reduced the workload of the HR team and the specialist departments. More time was gained for employee support.
Qualtrics was also introduced in later projects. This cloud-based survey platform enables the hospital to collect valuable feedback from employees and applicants and make fact-based decisions.
